Scott Lovatt Container Cartage is a family-run transport business with over 30 years’ experience handling container and freight movements across NSW.
We work with steel, manufacturing, food, and industrial businesses that need their freight handled properly. Our focus is on complex container work where details matter. Steel unpacks, heavy and oversize loads, difficult sites, and tight schedules.

We don’t rely on generic processes or hand work off to multiple parties. We plan the job, use the right equipment, and stay on top of it from pickup through to empty return.

We are not the cheapest, and we’re upfront about that. Our clients work with us because delays, damage, missed slots, and detention often cost far more than the transport rate itself. We regularly handle oversized, overmass, and difficult unpacks and plan these jobs properly rather than working them out on the day.
We service Sydney and greater NSW, including state-wide deliveries once freight has been unpacked.
It depends on equipment availability and port conditions, but because we run our own fleet and manage allocations in-house, we can often respond faster than providers who rely on subcontractors. If we can do it, we'll tell you. If we can't, we'll tell you that too.
